Orders and Pricing

• All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud; you will be fully refunded
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delays outside our control (carrier issues, customs, peak season) do not entitle to compensation beyond applicable consumer law.

Returns and Warranty

Product Use

ChillHund products are comfort accessories for pets. They are not medical or veterinary devices. If your dog shows signs of heatstroke (excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, collapse), contact a veterinarian immediately.
