We want your dog to love their ChillHund products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email support@chillhund.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. No forms, no hassle.

Conditions

• Items should be in reasonable condition
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. Our 30-day guarantee extends beyond this statutory right.

1-Year Warranty

All ChillHund Cooling Mats include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us with photos and we'll replace the item free of charge.
